Tasty Thursdays: Pineapple stuffing!

I got this recipe from my sister in law Mandi and she made it last Easter as well as 2 Christmas's ago...and let me tell you, it is amazing!! This absolutely goes great with Ham!!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 cans (1lb 4oz. each) crushed pineapple--drained
10 slices of bread--cubed

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg in at a time. Beat well. Fold in pineapple and bread cubes.  Pour in a greased 13x 9in bakeware. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Not the healthiest, but it is sooo delishious!
