Creamy Vegetable Medley #Recipe

This side dish is great for big family holiday meals; my family especially loves it at Thanksgiving and Christmas! It's so stinkin easy to make, very quick, easy on the budget and is definitely a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
16 oz frozen bag of broccoli/carrot/cauliflower medley
8 oz spreadable garden veggie cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup seasoned croutons

Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together in a 2 qt baking dish with 1/2 cup seasoned croutons. Tops with 1/2 cup croutons. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered for 25 mins.

Enjoy!

  12. Well, we finally hit one that I have some issues with! Your Creamy Vegetable Medley Recipe. I was brought up in a household that my mother was not a fan of a lot of different things, so, as kids we were not exposed to a lot of different veggies. Over the years I've learned to like a lot of ones I didn't get as a kid, however, broccoli and cauliflower are two I just can't seem to like! I'm also not a fan of mushrooms either. Generally, when something calls for cream of mushroom soup, I use cream of potato soup instead! I'm just wondering how I could make a medley of veggies like this one, however, I have no idea what I can substitute for the broccoli and cauliflower. I can't think of anything right now. I love the idea of this veggie medley though! It's a terrific recipe for those who do like all the ingredients! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with all of us! I honestly do appreciate it! Thanks again! Michele :)
